Client Responsibilities

Not using Creators Edje services or deliverables for any unlawful or misleading purposes
Intellectual Property
All website assets remain the property of the client. However, our internal processes, templates, and systems remain proprietary and may not be resold, redistributed, or reused outside the original intended use without express permission.
No Reselling
You may not resell, redistribute, or offer any portion of our service to others under your own name or brand without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from:
Hosting platform outages
Third-party app or integration failures
Misuse of your website or account credentials
Modifications

Due to the nature of digital services and upfront work performed, no refunds will be issued once the terms of service have been agreed upon and the service has begun.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Website Maintenance plan at any time. However, we require a 30-day notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
